A company born from a very concrete gap.
First, we were residents at Terres de Laya—a lived experience, before any product ambition.
As residents of Terres de Laya in Chambéry, we faced a simple fact: modern developments offer new ways of living, yet still too often lack the right tools to make them work smoothly.
Shared common areas, guest rooms, shared displays, digital services, information flow, connected access: the residential intent was there.
The vision of tomorrow’s housing, carried locally by the Granges eco-district, matched our own idea of a more open, more service-oriented, easier-to-live-in residence.
The real-estate ambition was there. What was missing was the infrastructure to make it truly livable, day after day.
But no one was really able to provide long-term digital and operational orchestration.
NeoHoods was born from that observation.
We set out to build the missing infrastructure—turning that ambition into working day-to-day use for residents, property managers, and building operators.
We are not selling “another piece of software”.
NeoHoods deploys a full residential infrastructure connecting the resident portal, shared spaces, information screens, automated assistance, access control, and service continuity. Our job is not only to deliver digital modules, but to make residential use cases actually work in live environments.

From Savoie, NeoHoods develops its first deployments in direct contact with buildings, residents, and operators. Every module is shaped by on-the-ground constraints, then tested in environments that are actually in use. We work from a simple belief: tomorrow’s housing must not stay an architectural promise—it should be a smooth experience to live with.
