Privacy policy
This policy applies to the NeoHoods website and its Android app. It explains what data is collected, why it is processed, who can access it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Depending on your usage, we may collect: account data (first name, last name, email), contact data (phone number, message), content you submit through forms, and technical data (IP address, session identifiers, device type, error logs) required for authentication, security, and proper app operation. On the public website, with your consent, we also collect aggregated page-view statistics via our self-hosted Umami instance (analytics.neohoods.com); we do not sell this data.
Audience measurement (public website)
After you accept the cookie banner, we load a self-hosted analytics script (Umami) to understand traffic on neohoods.com (pages viewed, country, device type, traffic source). Data is pseudonymized and not used for advertising profiling. The resident portal uses a separate product activity journal without Umami.
Processing purposes
Your data is used to: provide app features (sign-in, access to spaces and services), respond to support requests, send service-related communications, maintain and improve app quality, and prevent abuse or security incidents.
Legal basis
Depending on the context, processing relies on your consent, pre-contractual measures, contract performance, or NEOHOODS' legitimate interest.
Retention period
Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes: account data while the account remains active, support data for the time required to handle your request, then limited archiving where required by law. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
Data recipients
Data is accessible to authorized NEOHOODS internal teams and, where necessary, technical providers acting as processors (hosting, authentication, monitoring). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under applicable regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. You can also request account and data deletion by emailing contact@neohoods.com.
Security
NEOHOODS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or unauthorized access.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
